The last wolf of the world was walking across the icy tundra when he came upon a young man. The man, realizing that it was the last wolf asked if the creature felt alone. The wolf replied 'no'. "How come?" the man asked. The wolf focused an amber eye on the man and said : "I am not alone; my mother is here watching over me." Alarmed and afraid that a spirit wolf was there, the young man looked up. However, the only thing he saw was the shimmering white moon.
